new truck deep scratches in bed

We bought a new 2010 tundra,the company had it brought in,we took the truck home and did not notice the deep scratches in the bed;we called and took it back in,and all they wanted to do was lousy touch up at first then they they offered a bed liner but only if we paid 300.00 and they pay 75.00;we have called toyota 3 times and they have contacted them and still no response how would you like to buy a new truck and then discover a bunch of scratches and then as if you haven't paid enough they want you to pay for something that was not caused by you;which they hint that you did
