Acai Berry, Probiotic Cleanse, Life Cleanse SCS Health Products aka FWM Laboratories, Inc. 3007 Greene St., Hollywood, Fl 33020-1037 Hollywood, Fl 33020-1037 US This company charged me for 2 additional products that I never ordered and now I have to send them back to even be reimbursed. I issued a complaint on BBB and looked at other complaints and am now worried I'll even be reimbursed at all. People have also said they give credit/debit card information to 3rd parties.
