Do not use Printglobe, Inc. for any services as they have terrible customer service. I feel worse after talking to them, then I did before.

My law firm ordered legal sized folders from Printglobe. We did not get a legal sized envelope proof so we had no idea how they would look. Inevitably, we received a big box of folders that looked awful, the print was wrong and so I sent the folders back for a re-print. Printglobe refused to acknowledge our frustration and billed our credit card $1,575.00 plus shipping. Now, I am out $1,575 plus folders! I called John Peterson, the account manager and he acted like I was crazy to complain about this. I feel worse then before I spoke with him. do not use printglobe ever.
