unprofessional, unauthorized charges

Where to start!?!? Unfortunately we had the experience of working with virtual sidekick LLC, as we needed someone to upload content to our web-site that's all. We didn't need any input from them(creativity), just uploading the content! ALL CONTENT was GIVEN to her AND NOTHING ELSE was needed. So thinking that it would be an easy project for them and I was told it was and I was Very helpful. Further into the project I get an email telling me that she decided to add more pages that we DID NOT ASK FOR, she told me that there would be NO CHARGE for these. Then a couple days later I get a RUDE email and bill for a higher amount than we agreed upon and that she needed to pay other personal bills that had nothing to do with me or my project(very unprofessional)and that it needed to be paid asap. Now since the project was not finished and I had already given her a deposit(half the total) to start the project in the beginning I was uncomfortable paying the balance. I would NEVER recommend her or them to anyone unless I didn't like the person asking to use them for work. After phone calls and rude emails and an account that we had given her to use for the lower amount I get multiple charges and emails telling me that I had already been charged the HIGHER amount! Don't make the same mistake we did use someone else.
