service charges

the service charges are getting ridiculous. they say that i have overdraft protection and they may pay a bill even if you don't have the money to cover the amount. for example i had a $10.00 ck outstanding, they paid it and then charged me $35.00 for a bounced check. i would rather have them not pay out the check and return it. i have so many $35.00 charges on my account that i could have paid many bills over and over again. they said they can not even help me. there is nothing they can do. oh really.
