damage furniture

I purchase almost 1 year ago a set of 3 sofa

When they were delivered to my house they where damage and the guy wrote it on my invoice

They told me they would be looked at

I talked to many people because they would change manager all the time and I got told that they would replace them

I waited 4 month nothing than summer came and I got told that they would replace after summer do short of staff

Still one year later nothing happened

My husband called because we were tired of waiting and somebody was suppose to call and nobody would ever call back

One year later they tell us that they won`t change the sofa but only fix them

But I have to rent a van (about 150,00) bring them to gatineau witch is almost 1 hour and 15 min from where I live and sit on the floor for about 2 week than rent another van (150.00) to go and pick them up

That make no sense at all I still have all the e-mail they send me saying they would change them but nothing ever happened

I am not satisfied at all

After one year we still had to pay the bill because we took one year without paying.

I won`t buy from they anymore that`s for sure I got my lesson

I payed full price on 3 sofa that whas damage before they brough it to my house
