cheating

i got into this trap on 8th of auguat ,

they gave some very attractive offers , th eone i accepted was a 1 year club membershp at a cost of Rs 12808 and siad that out of this ammount they will refund Rs 9000 with in 30 or maximun 45 days also as a pert of membership i was promised a 6 nights 7 days stay in any of their properties across India,

till date i have not received any membership information and when contacted the local office in Noida for booking for a holiday and about the refund ,they started giving excuses , so i mailed to their head office about this , and then came to know that the offer that ipaid for did not exist rather the money that they have charged is against a member ship for 10years and is just the first installment , i would have to pay another Rs 1lakh for the refund that they promised ,

as this was never been discussed i asked for a refund to the noida office which they are not giving any responce , also i have asked for the cancellation of the menbership and refund via email to the head office but still there is no reply from cambay whatsoever,

please help me and also othere inocent customers further in this case , as this crime is still running smoothly in NOIDA
