Segate refuses to honor its warranty

Seagate is refusing to honor their warranty on this product, which I own, and which has failed, saying that "it is an OEM product." They are also refusing to contact their local distributor, to whom I have sent two unanswered e-mail messages since October 1, saying that it is not their affair and that they "do not have that information." The product in question is made by Seagate and it is under Seagate's warranty. I would greatly appreciate you asking Seagate to contact their local distributor and to ask them to answer my communications ASAP.
