Circuit City Extended Warranty

I purchased an extended warranty plan with my TV from Circuit City. The TV is a little over 3 years old and I now have to use the warranty service because the TV will not turn on. I had to wait 1 week for an appointment, I was given a window for service from 8am to 5pm, I had to take a day off of work to stay at home and wait. I received a call the day of service at 4:45pm saying that the service tech could not make it! They reschedule for the next available date which is another week away. I spoke with a consumer relations employee which repeated the same thing over and over "we have you scheduled for next Tuesday". The Circuit City extended warranty plan claims to be "hassle free". I have had nothing but a hassle!
