Solar Screens

After having these installed I feel I had been way overcharged after finding out what other companies were charging for the exact same service and product. They also broke one of my windows and tried to deny it but since it was a new house and had just been inspected top to bottom they didn't have much of a leg to stand on. The people who replaced the glass said it was due to being improperly installed. They finally paid to have it fixed about 3 weeks later. They charged me twice the going rate for the same product. I realize I should have gotten estimates but want to warn everyone if you use them in my opinion they overcharge and do crappy work. I also had to insist on a written guarantee for the installation which Nancy didn't want to do, she kept insisting what a great reputation they had and it was only after I said I wouldn't give any payment until I got something in writing that she had someone type something up for me. Very unprofessional
