Serious Problems with Google Apps

We have been using Google Apps Premier edition over an year. Of late (last 15 days), we have been having serious problems with their email system. We have contacted their customer care but the approach is very very casual. Though we are termed as "premier customers" we never got that kind of service. Google mail servers broke down twice in the last 5-6 days and there is no proper restoration process. Customers are queried with inumerable queries before the exact query is asked. We have gone thru the same trauma when we called their customer support number. I would have tried 6-7 times but could nt speak with their person even once. We are supposed to leave voice mail and they will respond at their sweet time. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING GOOGLE APPS subscription.
