PayPal Illegal Policy and Fraud

I am the CEO of a large corporation (IWC Limited), and have been using PayPal for personal purposes - buying and selling on eBay - for several years.

Recently PayPal launched a new service that enables one to accept donations through the PayPal account. So I followed their advice, upgraded the account to business status and got approval I'm ready to go and collect donations for one of my charities using PayPal (it's a charity that fights starvation worldwide and also fights human trafficking). PayPal even provided me with customized buttons to do just that and a donation platform.

I relied on that, created a new website, held a large event - and to my great shame 3 days later PayPal totally restricted my account, saying they have a policy not to accept donations at all or any non-profit organization due to regulatory limitations. They didn't stop there but also limited my own personal account from some reason and refuse to remove the limitations and now for over 2 weeks I can't buy or sell on eBay or access my funds that are on the account balance.
