Avoid Vanity Cleaners N. Kingstown RI

I dropped off pants to be hemmed at Vanity cleaners. They were to be done on 9/30/09. I went to pick them up on 10/1/09 and I was told that the tailor didn''t work so they wouldn''t be back until the following afternoon. No one called to notify me they would be late so I had to make a special trip back with my baby to pick up these pants. When I got them back they were hemmed with shoddy quality. I asked the man on duty for a discount since they were late and he said no. I said I would file a complaint and he said, go ahead. The customer service at this store is sub-par.

PS - they charge double to hem what other tailors charge and take twice as long. And the dry cleaning was very expensive too. We won't be back.
