sears delivered a frig with bowed door and many spots of paint mia. they also tore up several tree branches 4" in diameter. i complained about door to salesman, john dekker, he gave me a number to call, no results. i called john dekker again, he gave me another number, no results. i called john dekker again and he gave me yet another number with no results. i called john dekker again and he said i had a sarcasitic attitude, twice he stated that, i told him to pu frig. i called store manager and emailed sears.com and store manager said sorry and sears.com said they would contact store. today they are coming to get frig and they called at 7:53 am on a sunday. they still have not addressed the issue of my damaged trees. i will file a police report today against sears for property damage. my husband called sears custer service 800# and they said they would call him back this am...they have not. not surprised.by the way, bought a frig from lowes, they parked in road, the frig was perfect, bigger and 320.00 cheaper and had a higher customer rating. i love lowes.
