Vibco ripped me off

Vibco's engineers up-sold me to a much larger product than I needed. Their salesmen then agreed to EXCHANGE the too-large one for smaller one. They gave me an RMA and acknowledged receipt of the too-large one in sound condition. Then, they charged my card for the new one; waited until it was in-service too long to return; and reneged on the credit they'd promised on the old one. Company president Karl was snide and smug about ripping me off in this way.
