I purchased a Nokia Cell Phone from Tiger Direct. Received the phone and in 3 days the phone completely died.

I called Tiger Direct they told me to call Nokia. OK so Nokia says it is still within 30 days return the phone to Nokia.

I have tried to return the phone to Tiger Direct.

I have talked to 7 different people

at Tiger. They all promised to call me or email me about the problem.

Not one person has contacted me.


It is now past 30 days.

I send another email to try and get authorization to return the phone.

No they tell me it is past 30 days.


Tiger Direct is another foreign owned

rip off company.


I will never do business with them again and I will make sure none of my 138 service guys do not use Tiger Direct ever again.


This $60.00 phone will cost them thousands. And I am not finished yet.
