Semi Repair Gone Wrong

I took my semi in for an oil leak, they put a new head gasket on, when I got my truck back it ran rough, took it to my regular mechanic he said sounded like valves were adjusted down to much, my truck has been down going on 7 days,does Clay have to pay for my down time from the work I have missed so far right now I'm looking at a loss of $3000.00 plus cost of repairs to get motor running again
