Poor customer service

Prive Co US I think the website has extremely poor customer service. I ordered something and payed for priority shipping (3-5 business days as it was listed) and received it 7 business days later (2 days after I needed it). I called and left a voicemail to speak to a I think the website has extremely poor customer service. I called and left a voicemail to speak to a representative about this and never got a call back. I called again, 6 days later and the person could not have been more rude. They did nothing to try to fix the situation. There are plenty of websites out there and this is not one that deserves any business! They should learn how to treat the people that are buying their merchandise!
