Where's my wireless?

AT&T Wireless/IPhone AT&T Wireless US www.wireless.att.com In regards to phone number: 347.885.9177 Name on Plan: Doris Pluas As AT&T, you are my wireless service provider. As a customer coming from other providers and recently changing to you I have experienced alternate providers. I initially made the change for the iphone and thought the service would match that of the performance of the actual phone. Unfortunately the experience so far has been extremely disappointing. I feel as if i am being taken advantage of at a high price; backed into a disastrous corner because i prefer a certain type of phone. The rate plans for the iPhone are high in price but very limiting in service. $30.00 for unlimited texting, but it was only recently that i received picture messaging. My calls are constantly being dropped even with substantial service on both ends. I receive text messages late and constantly go through a tedious experience simply trying to reach my mother or anyone else. AT&T makes it difficult for me to enjoy my cell phone experience, and while I would enjoy a pleasant, efficient relationship with my service provider you refuse to allow that. I understand there may be other circumstances that affect my experience, but it is your job to make sure my service is efficient and pleasant. Is that not what i pay for? I am not looking for free lifetime service, or any money, I would more then anything appreciate exceptional service considering I pay extreme prices.
