Repeated Freezer Failure

Kenmore Freezer, #25324o82101 Sears Roebuck US This freezer has been down since late July. The repairman has replaced parts between the multiple failures and done varied tests. Tonight he seemd assured that the freezer would be replaced but was told by his boss that they would order and try an external condenser to be installed Novemebr 12th. Calls to Customer Service and Cutomer Relations Relations led to no satisfaction other than 'there is nothing we can do.' It's hard to live with this, especially when all your appliances are Kenmore, are under warranty through 2013 (that cost over $1,800)and you have been a Seras cusotmer for over 60 years.
