Purchased dvd set that was defective.

Filled in return email form.

Received a reply that they did not want to refund my purchase price, was willing to refund 50.00 dollar of the 180.00 dollar price and credit me/OR refund minus the shipping 18.00 dollars.

Replied, I wanted the refund.

I have emaild five times with no reply asking what has happened to the supposed d refund, it has been three weeks, since the refund was supposed to be credited.

As of 10/29/09 I have received NOTHING for a totally defective product.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

I have notified the canadian form of the FTC and am waiting for a reply.
