Winco Foods brags that their prices are lower than other grocery outlets. However, the throw out rate does not justify any savings at all.

Their produce is not top rate and their dairy expires before it should I would assume because of temperature controls being too high. They do not have a website or phone number to complain so here is where i will do this.
