Boost is ripping people off. they tell you that you can add money to your account, and that if you don't use it that they will refund it to you. But they will NOT refund anything. when you call to discuss the problems with your service they are rude,hatefull, and very disrespectful! they say no hidden charges and then they tack on taxes without telling you. they charge for 911 services even if the call was not answered. You will only get to speak with people with very heavy accents so much so you can barely understand them. When you ask to speak with someone above them they give you some one in india. They can't tell you who the ceo of the company is. They can not tell you who the president of the company is. They will tell you to just hire an attorney to get to the bottom of the poor service. They can't even tell you if the owner of the company is an american. I think we need to boy cott boost mobile, they won't tell you who you are paying for the crappy service that they claim to provide!!!!!!!! Are they part of the terrorist problem? Makes you wonder!!!!!!!!!!
