US I purchased a Tv from Sears 3 years ago. Recently it quit working. Called Sears to set up an appointment time for sevice call...it would be three weeks and if no one was at home on the day of the sevice call...you would be billed $108....I drove 600 miles, left my sick mother, arrived home after midnight in order to be there for the long awaited appointment....no time...just have to wait all day for them....Lunch time, I get a call to cancel my appointment and would I like to reschedule....I have had a Sear account for more than 40 years....but no longer after today....tried to call Sears...only to be put on hold for 47 minutes....when I finally got a real person...they immediately put me on hold....for 10 minutes...then the phone cut off....Sears service is a joke!!!!! and try finding a person to talk to that knows anything!!!!!
