Poor Service and Dishonest

Well I called to have my glass replaced and an individual by the name "Bill" answered the phone, without identifying the company name...just a "hello". So I asked is this SunTec Auto Glass in which he responded "Yes mam, how can I help you". So long story short I scheduled to have my glass replaced and the individual that came to my door was very unprofessional, and smelled like an ashtray, nevermind he broke the glass (new one), he was attempting to install so he had to come back mind you 4 hours later. Then I was told at this time they ARE NOT giving any incentives due to the failing economy? What? "Bill" verified I would receive either $50 cash or $500 in gas..My winhdshield makes a terrible noise now when driving and I REFUSE to have them come out again. "BE AWARE" Suntecautoglass.com is a SCAM. Then after investigating about the company they are an "F" with the BBB...And No longer registered with the BBB.
