Credit card problem Good Morning, I am having a problem with a credit card company.
The problem: Last June I ordered products from Aqua beauty supply.(6/12/2009) After waiting several weeks for the order to arrive I called and emailed the company. The phone call was an answering service of some sort. At any rate I didn't get a response from either. I attempted to call this company many more times without ever reaching anyone. On July 3rd I left a message with them to not send the product because I had made other arrangements. My August credit card statement show a charge from Aqua beauty supply for $43.13 and I still did not have the product I had ordered. I have contacted the credit card company numerous times in writing and on the phone. They refuse to remove that charge from my account. The reason, and I quote, "In the absence of a valid documented proof of cancellation or communication done with the merchant, we shall not be able to assist you further. Please contact the merchant directly for further concerns." Aqua beauty in now out of business and I am stuck with a charge on the credit card and no product. If you will tell me that you can help me ,I will send you the rest of the information, CC company and the account number. Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
