letter received from qvc I received a letter from joan larson credit card operations saying it was the 2nd letter sent re:order # 3613405775 easy pay amt of 15.06. It said my account was closed and it would be sent to a collection agency. I was livid because months before this I had called and gave customer service my new account# on my credit card. Before I received this letter I ordered things on easy pay with no problem. When I called and tried to explain this to the girl she said the credit card number was not changed on this item only. Then she said I owed 30.12 because two months had gone by with no payment mind you all my easy pays were up to date. I asked to speak to a supervisor she insisted that she would handle the problem I did not need to talk to a supervisor. She was very rude. See told me that if I didn't pay the 30.12 I could no longer use my account so I paid it. After I hung up I called and with much difficulty I got to speak to a supervisor, who mainly the same thing about the credit card # which I find hard to believe seeing how it was on everything else I ordered. I have been with qvc for many many years and find this kind of treatment to a customer to be wrong. This was due to no fault of mine I called and changed the number when I got my new card, I told this to the supervisor and to the rude person I talked with they said it was no fault of there's. I have since changed to another shopping channel I will not be treated like that my anyone at your company. The people you have there are not as polite as years ago I can see things changing but that should not change.
