SERVERBEACH.COM LOST ALL MY DATA INC FTP BACKUP

E-comerc Website and my business US I Been for 3 years customer of serverbeach.com and I lost my E-Comerc website with 300.000 images with establish clientel and along with 11 other websites which all of them was in one dedicated server at serverbeach.com It took us 3 weeks to get in touch with a supervisor until then everybody was claiming them self as a supervisor of the serverbeach.com. Serverbeach.com lost our business which it took us 1 year to develop our website with all the futures and 3 years of business. SERVERBEACH.COM I have all documented from them that my data is 100% secure with them while they changing my server to another server and your data is with be 100% guarantied in the same hard drive one and now they are saying we don't know what happened and we sincerely apologies. Those are the comments of one of serverbeach.com "supervisor". If you would like cPanel on this server, we would have to reprovision it, as this was not selected when this server was provisioned. Once the process completes, you will have a brand new OS install with no files. We can, if you'd like reattach the existing drive as a secondary drive, so that you can migrate your data over, however we would be unable to assist you in this regard. Domain will need to add on the server. Move the files of each website into the domain folder. database for each domain so we can make the connectivity accordingly. Email will need to create accordingly.

Be aware people if you have to go in business trip or anything that you my be busy or even relocating, server beach dose not get in touch with you to see why the payment is not going through in 72 hr if you don't know then you my just lost you business. even though I was on time and on the phone with them b/c we did relocate our business I told them tomorrow I will take care of this WHILE WE MOVED AND I WAS NOT A WARE or take check by phone they say no tomorrow is fine ,,,,well tomorrow was everything goneeeee. and I have documented all this that this will be 100% guarantied that nothing will happened to my files.
