NEVER BUY A CAR FROM DULLES AUTO SALES,INC

the owner Bashir Zahir, sold us a used 2001BMW X5 , that the transmision is broken , when went to buy it on sunday the 25th he shows us a report that says the car was in perfect conditions, but he didn't want to give the copy of that report. he gave us just the carfax report ,20 minutes later after driving the car the light of the transmission came outand the car wasn't changing the gears ...now he refuse to give us the money(12,250) back eventhough we called him the same day. He has the car in his possecion. we are an Army fmily with just one income, we save to get that car for so long and now he stole our money and our car. if somebody can help please do it.
