Motor Car Concepts Sucks

Their customer service is horrible. They only tell lies. My daughter purchased a car their about 2 years ago and they told her that her loan would go with a bank in six monthes as long as her payments were on time...LIE..The car had break problems they said they would fix no charge to bring it back...LIE...They told her she could make payments online...LIE...they recently told her that she could trade in the car and when she got their they attempted to keep her car they took her keys and blocked the car in they said she was behind on payments ...LIE...she was not behind on payments and had to give her her keys and car back. Then did not even apologize instead they told her to get off of their property. They are the worst. I really don't understand how they are still in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT
