Horrible builder

i bought a house from rick foy about three years ago the house was brand new we have had so many problems from electrical, to mold issues to our basement.. about two months after we moved in our basement started to leak we called him over he came back to the house and said that one of our kids pulled a lever for this much water to be down there our kids are not alowed down there to begin with, so we wet vacumed it up ever since then we have always had at least three inches of water down there we called him back many and many of times but he would not answer us finally we got a hold of rick foye and he said its our problem not his hes dusting his hands from our house.. hes not a basement fixer he cant help us. i have talked to a few other people who have bought of of rick foye and they are not very pleased either. just a heads up

I happened to come accross this article while looking for their website to reffer a friend - again. This is the same builder we bought our home from five years ago. They did a wonderful job and never had any complaints. Even the building inspectors mentioned that he always builds a good house and that's why we bought from them originally. We have reffered him to friends and family over the years and they built homes for three people that we reffered to them and they all love the work they did. I would buy from them again without hesitation. Just wanted to put my two cents in. Martha Kennedy, Dover,NH
