Walmart Store Manager Abusive to Women
|
Walmart Canada Abbotsford, CA walmart.ca i went to make a purchase and something went through a higher price, and so I questioned the price. The man at the till rudely said to me "I CAN READ" and so he had a hard name to remember (some sort of iraq or indian, I dont know) so i proceeded to try to write his name down on my hand without his knowing then he caught me, agressivly JAMMED his name tag in my face and said "YOU NEED MY NAME, HERE IS MY NAME" I said "sir, I do not like the way you have spoken to me, and I would like your name" and THEN i had my loved ones discount card sitting on the purchase. I didn't know I wasn't allowd to use it, I had grabbed it off the counter at home not thinking anything of it,because we always use it together. He picks it up and says "are you (loved ones name who is clearly a male name)" i say "no i am not, I am his loved one" and his parents have also used this card plenty of times and we have used it to make purchases together, he is on shift and cannot make the purchase" his rudeness continues and he says "are you his parents" no... ........anyways they revoked the card and now my loved one has to go through this idiot who is the store manager to get his card back and apparently he CANT read because he charged me the regular price on one of my other clearence items i purchased. I returned the item to the store, and got a full refund, as I will not bring my hard earned money there, in the economic state, they should be kissing my ass to bring my money there, not being abusive. Especially a man to a young woman, I bet he wouldn't have the balls to treat a man like that. On top of it, I have found evidence that he is a homosexual and proof he has serious issues with relations with women. Amazing I dug that much up with a simple computer, and walmart has him employeed without a background check? I ask him about this post and he said, you need to report the rude guy to the district manager or if you don't mind waiting a while, 1-800-walmart. Most Wal-Mart have a board at the service desk with a picture(with phone numbers) of the store, district and regional managers. Most of the district managers have a store they work out of only about an hour away. Wal-Mart does really try to help everyone every way they can. My husband says it is not his money and to make the customer happy. But there are some associates out there that are just AH's and they are trying to weed them out. File a complaint I know for a fact that it get handled. And don't let one bad episode keep you from a great place to shop and save money.
