Sam's club discover card poor customer service

Personal discover card Sam's Club 7001 Park Blvd Pinellas Park, FL 33781 Saint Petersburg, FL 33781 US samsclub.com I went to Sam's club and used my Sam's Discover Card for a purchase. Somehow the clerk left my credit card info open on the register and charged the next persons purchase on my account. This has been unresolved for over 3 weeks now - I've asked the credit card company how this could happen and why it's so hard for them to figure out but I get nothing but rude stupid people.
