Cheating and misleading customer service

When you come to the rental office for application, the representative will say anything make you feel satisfied, even when there are some ambiguity in the contract, they will explain it as the way you like most.

But after a while, when you argue to them for something you think you should get, they will keep you waiting for months, and finally do the explanation the other way around!!!

They have very bad cheating behavior during my application, and extremely offensive reaction when I come to the office to argue.

So never believe what representative tells you, what they want is just making you sign the lease and get their bonus!!!
