VERY DISSATISFIED WITH HP PRODUCT AND HP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HP ATTITUDE. UNIT IS AN HP PAVILION DV6707us LAPTOP THAT STARTED TO FAIL WHILE UNDER WARRANTY. I BROUGHT THIS TO HP'S ATTENTION, THEY GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS, NONE OF WHICH WORKED, SOON THE WARRANTY EXPIRED AND THEN THEY NO LONGER WOULD HONOR THE MATTER. PROBLEMS I HAD APPEAR TO BE FAN/ HEAT RELATED, WITH SYSTEM BOARD ULTIMATELY FAILING. DO NOT BUY HP, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
