Seller of this home and agent are discouraging people. do not buy this home unless they produce paper work on oil tank and water contamination. From the beginning of my experience with these people they told me that the oil tank was not a problem and had been fully taken care of and comnpleted. they said there laywer had all the paper work then the original closing day came i would not close with out the paper work on the oil tank and they then diclosed that there was comtamination in the water table under the home and thats why they can not give me the paper work from the DEP for no further action. lie #1. Then i we made agreements on a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed during the walk through i saw they only fixed 2 of the things on the list. We worked out an agreement that they would be fully responsible for all remediation on the water table and they would complete all fixes that needed to be completed. The day of the closing at the table after they thought i was hot to buy the house they decided to lay the problem of the water contamination on me, i walked away after about 2 hours of tryin to work something out they were completely unreasonable. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU. DO NOT buy this house with out the paper work the realtor and seller will try to lay this on you last minute. be careful and best of luck to anyone who moves forward with these people they probably will try to do the same to you.
