Venus Water Heater-cracking body

I purchased a gyser of Venus Splash 15 lit, thinking its quality and services are good. As I already had one and it was performing well. But this time either due to faulty installation or poor quality of material being used, its body cracked and was replaced after so many phone calls and it took about 4 months. But its body again cracked within 6 months and the fixing bolts have come out of the walls, leading to danger of falling. I am complaining them since last 6 months. One person visited the site and told me that it will be replaced and fixed properly but I am still waiting for the day to come when the body will be replaced and fixing will be properly done!!! Company should also look n to the matter as why body of their gysers are cracking so often? My complaint No. is 314 as informed by the service centre.
