New to Crisfield, MD. Ordered CATV through Charter and was scheduled for installation between 9 am and 12 noon on Saturday. After waiting around all morning, I call at 12:15 pm to find that I am now scheduled for 1-3 pm, without the courtesy of even a phone call. My new neighbors said that this is typical for Charter. Beginning to wish I had ordered Direct TV instead.
