Misquoted/Misrepresented

I submitted a request for quotes from Limo.com

I asked for:

Sedan, 2 people

transporation from San Diego airport to Coronado, CA

Saw various quotes from $54- $75. A cab costs $45, including tip.

I called Awesome Limousines as i saw a quote for $54.

Art quoted me $120, roundtrip, inclusive of tip.

I booked it.

I called back one hour later to confirm that this was indeed round trip. He said yes.

I called back the next day as i did not receive an email confirmation, but Art said not to worry and it would all be okay.

I was picked up in a limo, not a sedan. I questioned that, but Ed the driver said that is all they gave him.

At the destination, when i was talking about this being round trip, Ed said, 'no... this is just one way'.

I called immediately and was told by some woman that they only deal with limo's. (not true, according to Andy, manager).

I called Andy this week in hope to have a refund for about $60 as that would be a fair rate. He refused to chat with Art or even check and see if there could have been miscommunication on their end. Very

unprofessional man.

Do not use this service... and for that matter, i would be very leery to use limo.com as they have

not been of any help to me to get this resolved.
