FedEx Home Delivery... SUCKS

I have a important package to be delivered today. I have been waiting all day in my living lounge for the FedEx guy. I checked on line to see what time, but to my surprise they already have posted in the website that customer not home. I went to door, and found a door tag but no one has courtesy to ring the bell or knock on the door. I have my wife even take turns for this pathetic delivery.

Called the office but told that earliest the package will be delivered on Tuesday and today is Saturday.

Why in the world, people ever do business with FedEx, simply pathetic and hopeless.

Same thing happened to me today. Made a point of staying home all day and when I took my trash out saw a sticker saying they attempted delivery. Called their office and they expect me to stay home ALL F'ing day tomorrow to wait for this. Home delivery takes their trucks home with them, so the option of picking up at the office is not possible. Telephone service rep was like a broken record and not helpful at all.
