Very rude staff at Debbies Petland Hyannis

I was told my children could not hold the animals for a half hour after they ate, that was fine so I waited with my two children then after the half hour was up she said no the dog took another bite so you have to wait another half hour...UGG you have got to be kidding me..then my daughter wanted to hold a bunny she said they bite, then my daughter wanted to hold a ferrate and she said they bite..why is this pet store only selling animals that bite..Very upset at how rude the staff were..not to mention they were a few young kids who were laughing and had there friends all around them instead of working..She said her name was Sky but I dont know if that was her real name..all I know is I had $1000 in my pocket ready to buy my kids a pup and happily took my money home!!

The problem is that most people take their kids in to pet stores to just play with the animals which is stressful to them. If you wanted to BUY a puppy then why were you wanting to play with everything else. Think outside the box lady. Think about the well-being of the animals and not the entertainment of your brat kids.
