Signed up for a free trial of Ivory White , received it on the 8th day after sign up, called next morning to cancel and they said ok canceled, noticed they charged me 78.41 in on my visa, called them and they informed me I only had 8 days to cancel from the time shipped, I explained it just came the night before, I called the next day, because it was the 9th day, they would not refund my money. I got very upset and they offered to only charge me 45.00 for 2 teethe whitening trays, told them this is still unaceptable, how can I try a product if I don't get it in the trial period. They then agreed to give me 60.00 back of my 78.41 + shipping to and back to them. I explained that is a start but not acceptable and I will do everything I can to stop them from scamming people like this. It does not take 8 days to get mail from CO to CA. If they really are offering a free trial, shouldn't they give you at least 1 day to try it?
