BBT Bank is Bad for Small Business Customer Service

As a former customer of BBT Bank I would like to warn other small business people and individuals, they are not a small buisness minded bank as they like to claim they are. I was misinformed, changed things around once I knew otherwise, and then when a problem hit regarding over draft charges I was treated like a third class citizen from another world, and they just pointed the blame to me when in fact I had something in black and white at the time that said my actual and available balances were to the contrary, they argued with me. I called three different banks and even the corporate to get a take on the matter and got about a half of a dozen DIFFERENT answers. Do they even know their own policies? Yeah I could take them to court and win actually. But why bother at this point, taking my business away from them says much more, not to mention everyone I come in contact with (and I am heavily involved in networking)I let know how I got screwed by them. So needless to say they swallowed 1,200.00 in fees without working with me! So, when they get into banking trouble and their employees people loose their jobs at BBT Bank I won't feel sorry for them. Maybe someone should start a class action suit against all these banks getting away with robbing their source of why they are in business to begin with.!My business is and will be thriving and all my future monies are now being saved in another bank that is more CUSTOMER AND SMALL BUSINESS FRIENDLY TO WORK WITH bank. IF it was where I could I'd rather keep my money in a JAR!
