User "batterygallery" - The Scam Artist - eBay Store!

This user is selling knock off chargers imported from china. They are the WORST SELLER on eBay, I've been using eBay for the past 5 years & have over 20,000 transactions and I have never came across someone this untrustworthy!

My story is this. I orderd a charger for my notebook. I recieved a totally different charger then the one that this seller listed. It was not the charger that was described or shown in their ebay description, & picture. It was in fact a totally different "CHEAP" charger. It didnt even come with english instructions, & it seems to have a european plug on the end (I'm not really sure, all I know is that it wont plug into an American outlet). The box it came in smelled really funky (almost like a bad fart after you eat lasagna), and the charger was just tossed in the box with no shipping peanuts or anything (It arived scratched and weatherd looking). I contacted the seller and they told me "I send you no refund, you no like, you shouldnt buy, you no order from me again!". I'm very upset that I have been frauded by this evil seller! Do not buy anything from them, they cant even ship the correct item that THEY listed! Now I am out $20 bucks, I'm stuck with this piece they won't take back & I'm now filling a complaint with:
