Hello Samantha and Jim


 


 


I have received no response to my emails or to my phone calls. I don't

understand that. You were going to send me a copy of the inspector's report

well over a month ago. I have tried reaching you many times but received no

response.


I also want to know how to go about having the chips in my floor repaired or

have the defected pieces replaced at no additional cost to me. Please

respond asap. If I should be talking with someone else, please let me know

that as well.


 


I would like to know the president of home depot's name or at least their

assistant's name and contact information.


 


I will be waiting to hear from you, please get back to me this week.
