Nextrel Terrible Consumer Service I have a Nextel cellular phone that is trash. I can not get any help to exchange the phone or customer service to repair. Denise Demark in consumer service is terrible and will not assist. CJ in consumer service is a liar and provide false information. Denise Demark should be fired at the next manager meeting. She just do not care able Nextel business nor customers. Mr. Hesse the CEO needs to be involved more with Nextel service. I have a phone there is not service, but still being billed. I need help to cancel this contract. Mr. Hesse the CEO needs to know the problems with Denise Demark in customer service. No one will give me corporate phone number. Nextel will not get better if upper management do not know how terrible consumer service really function.
