Dont buy from reptile depot!

I found out the hard way they have a "F" rating at BBB and 22 unresolved complaints ranging from dead reptiles to customers never receiving paid for merchandise.

I ordered and paid for 2 cages almost 2 months ago. I was told they would take a week to get back into stock. It has now been almost 2 months. They have not gotten the cages in, and they are refusing to give me my money back.

They wont return any of my phone calls, and when I do get ahold of someone I am put on hold for extended periods of time.

I completely agree-- this is my third horrible experience from Reptile Depot and I wish I had never ordered from this company. Gift certificates never show up...they will never reply to emails no matter how threatening they get. They offered to sell me marijuana over the telephone, put me on hold for extreme periods of time, consistently hang up on me, and my packages show up six months later, and only after repeated calls. I would never have ordered from them again if I hadn't received a gift certificate (even that didn't show up). This is the worst store ever, despite lower prices, I can't believe how they are still in business.
