Who is the Manager?

I have a problem that I have noticed for months now with Wells Fargo Bank in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The problem is that the manager is always out of the office on business, personal time, or vacation. The funny thing is that I have seen this manager around town on these days that she was officially working on bank business except it did not look like she was on business to me unless bank business is baby-sitting children. How does this person earn a paycheck and who made her a manager of the Wells Fargo downtown Cheyenne branch?

That fact is that Wells Fargo in Cheyenne Wyoming is the most unprofessional Wells Fargo Bank I have every been into in my entire life. When I travel to Colorado I find that the appearance and professionalism in Colorado is night and day from Cheyenne, Wyoming. Why, why is Colorado so much better? Who is running the show in Cheyenne, and why are the corporate leaders of the Wells Fargo Retail Bank sector allowing this to happen? Banks need to earn our trust during these trying days and Wells Fargo Bank in Cheyenne Wyoming is not making the mark.

I wish the local media would get in on this. We are bailing out banks left and right and our hard-earned taxpayer cash is paying employees that are taking advantage of the system. I wish I earned a paycheck for never working, especially when customers need the management team of a national bank. If it happens in Cheyenne, Wyoming, it is happening all across Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo, please fire, demote, or transfer this Branch Manager and hire someone who will be available when customers need them. This will probably go unnoticed by Wells Fargo but it is worth complaining about.
