WORST MOVER EVER !!!

Valley Relocation and Storage trashed a brand new mattress and box spring. They were charged with a simple cross town move and they couldn't even do a simple move without wrecking my brand new bed. Whats worse is I had called the day before to make sure they were bringing the proper packing materials for the move...they assured me they were...but they didn't instead they wrapped it in cheap shrink wrap then dropped it off with torn shrink wrap right on the dock of the shipping company sending it overseas...these people are utterly incompetent and will lie to you....DON'T TRUST THEM....and if you do use them be sure to get lots of insurance.....even then you won't be fully refunded...VALLEY RELOCATION in CONCORD CA. IS THE WORST MOVER EVER !!!!
