City of Gulf Breeze,The Florida League of Cities Inc.

I was using a swing in a city park in Gulf Breeze, FL and the chain on the swing broke, the city said it was not their problem so they never helped me and I lost everything and become homeless and hurt....10 months went by and the cities insurance company The Florida League of Cities did an investigation and found that there were no dangers regarding swings in Gulf Breeze and denied responsibility so my videography company sent a camera crew to document swings still wornout ready to break yet the city still says its not their problem and the insurance company's litigation specialist Carol Hamrick denied my claim against the city. The city manager Edwin "Buzz" Eddy and the assitant city manager David Szymanski told me to go to h_ll and they also said there was nothing wrong with the swing our camera crew found and they perform weekly checks of all equipment in their parks and our video lies....see for your self.
